- Advertising in the Home Buyers Guide. Your home will be on the 3rd glossy page in the Home Buyer's Guide (Inside Cover).

Our rates and fees:
Listing Commission:
- 0.5% of the sales price. Most agents charge 3%. (for a limited time only)
Selling Commission:
